摘要
I血型系统包括1个抗原,I抗原。i抗原则归于集合207,而两者决定簇都存在于糖脂与糖蛋白所携带的碳水化合物结构上。i抗原是一种N-乙酰半乳糖胺重复单位,其是直链型的,其转化为I抗原的过程也就是该单位的支链化,而β-1,6-N-乙酰葡萄糖胺转移酶就必不可少了。在此基础之上,为了明确相关领域如成人i与先天性白内障的关系、出生后多聚-Lac NAc链直链向支链转变的分子机制等,以及确定I血型系统的研究进展关系着能否对相关血液学紊乱的病因、病理机制做进一步阐明,探索治疗及预防的最佳办法,我们需要展开更多的深入研究,系统回顾该领域的知识,搜索重要进展及新观点,综合分析有关实验结论与数据,从而为未来的研究指明方向。
The purpose of the article is to explore I blood-group system, which includes one antigen-anti I. Anti I principles to set 207, and both of the determinants are carbohydrate structures of glycolipids and glycoproteins. Anti I is a repeat unit, which is a linear chain of N-acetylgalactosamine. After beta 1, 6-N-acetylgalactosaminyl transferase are branched, anti i transforms into anti I. Based on that, there are some related fields are expecting more study, such as the relationship between adults i and congenital cataract, the molecular mechanism of the conversion from poly-Lac NAc linear chain after birth to branched chain, and so on.And the research progress of I blood-group system not only determines whether can we explain the etiology and pathogenesis of hematological disorders related or not, but also has important significance on searching for the best treatment and prevention.Therefore this paper systematically reviews the knowledge in this field, explores the significant progress and new ideas, and comprehensively analyzes related experimental conclusion and data, so as to point out directions for future research.
