后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合治疗腰椎结核的临床效果

Bone Graft Fusion and Clinical Effect of Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis Anterior Debridement and Posterior Internal Fixation

目的探讨后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合对腰椎结核进行治疗的临床效果。方法整群选择该院2011年8月—2014年3月收治的87例腰椎结核患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组43例,实施前路钉棒系统固定联合前路病灶清除植骨融合术进行治疗,观察组44例,采取后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合术治疗,对两组患者治疗后效果进行分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的Cobb角、运动评分及感觉评分情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者均有改善,但是观察组以上指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合对腰椎结核治疗具有较高疗效,可有效改善患者远期预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of?posterior internal fixation and anterior debridement with autograft bone fusion and?clinical effect of treatment of lumbar tuberculosis. Methods 87 cases of lumbar tuberculosis patients in our hospital from 2011 August to 2014 March were as the research object, randomly divided into control group 43 cases, the implementation of anterior screw rod system fixation and interbody fusion for treatment, the observation group of 44 cases, take the interbody fusion in the treatment of anterior debridement and posterior internal fixation for the treatment, two groups of patients were analyzed after effect.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.18%,?significantly higher than the control group 72.09%, the difference was significant(P< 0.05); there was no significant difference between before treatment, the scores of two groups of patients with Cobb angle, scores of motor and sensory(P > 0.05), after treatment, two groups of patients were improved, but the observation group of the above indicators are better than the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The fusion of bone graft with high curative effect on treating lumbar spinal tuberculosis anterior debridement and?posterior internal fixation, which can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients, is worth the clinical promotion.
