摘要
目的分析甲钴胺注射液联合法舒地尔注射液改善糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)患者神经传导速度的效果。方法按照门诊入院顺序将2011年11月—2014年11月115例确诊DNP患者进行编号、分组,对照组(双号)给予甲钴胺注射液静脉注射,观察组(单号)增加法舒地尔注射液静脉滴注,采用肌电图仪检测治疗前后神经传导速度改善情况。结果两组均能够提高周围神经传导速度,但观察组提高周围神经传导速度明显优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组治疗后总有效率91.38%,明显高于对照组77.19%,P<0.05;两组患者均未发现明显的药物不良反应。结论甲钴胺能够促进轴索内输送和轴索再生,法舒地尔能够拮抗炎性因子和改善微循环障碍,二药协调改善DNP患者周围神经传导速度效果确切。
Objective To analysis, to improve the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DNP) patients with nerve conduction velocity of mecobalamin injection combined with fasudil hydrochloride injection. Methods According to the order of admission of clinic will be in November 2011 to 2014 November 115 cases diagnosed patients with DNP number, grouping, treated with mecobalamin injection for intravenous injection in control group(Shuang Hao), observation group(Dan Hao) increase of fasudil injection intravenous drip by EMG detection governance improvement of the nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment.Results The two groups can improve nerve conduction velocity, but observation group improve peripheral nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group, P< 0.01; were observed after the treatment group total efficiency 91.38%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 77.19%, P< 0.05). Two groups of patients were not found obvious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Mecobalamine Injection can promote axonal transport and axonal regeneration and fasudil can antagonist inflammatory factors and improve the microcirculation and coordination based on improving the definite effect of peripheral nerve conduction velocity in patients with DNP.
