预见性护理模式在高龄胆囊炎患者围手术期的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Predictive Nursing on Elderly Patients with Cholecystitis During the Perioperative Period

目的观察并分析给予高龄胆囊炎患者预见性护理的临床效果,并探究该种护理模式在临床上的价值。方法将随机选取2013年8月—2014年8月在该院接受治疗的100例高龄的胆囊炎患者作为该研究对象,按照随机分配的方法将其分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),给予对照组患者围手术期常规护理模式进行护理,给予实验组患者围手术期预见性护理模式进行护理,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果以及患者对护理的满意度情况。结果实验组患者对护理的满意度显著高度对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生机率明显少于对照组患者(P<0.05),数据间差异有统计学意义。结论对于高龄胆囊炎患者,给予预见性护理模式进行护理可取得较为满意的效果,可有效的减少患者术后并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度,这种护理模式值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of predictive nursing on elderly patients with cholecystitis and explore the clinical value of this nursing mode. Methods 100 elderly patients with cholecystitis treated in our hospital from August2013 to August 2014 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and those in the experimental group were treated by the predictive nursing during the perioperative period. And the nursing efficacy and patients ' satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had much higher nursing satisfaction with statistically significant difference(P<0.05), obviously higher overall nursing response rate with statistically significant difference(P <0.05), significantly lower incidence of complications with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with cholecystitis, predictive nursing mode can achieve more satisfactory results, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction, the nursing mode is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
