苦蛇洗剂阴道熏洗治疗湿热下注型念珠菌阴道炎120例疗效分析

The Observation of e Effect on Treating Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome Candida Vaginitis with the Kushe Lotion Through Fumigation Treatment in 120 Ccases

目的探讨苦蛇洗剂治疗湿热下注型念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将随机选取该院2014年10月—2015年4月门诊病人120例患者随机分为两组,每组60例,中药治疗组使用苦蛇洗剂熏洗治疗,西药对照组使用制霉菌素栓剂阴道上药,治疗1个疗程后评定疗效,连测4次。结果苦蛇洗剂治疗湿热下注型念珠菌阴道炎有效率98.3%,制霉菌素栓剂治疗有效率85.0%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论苦蛇洗剂阴道熏洗治疗湿热下注型念珠菌阴道炎,治愈率高,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Kushe lotion on treating damp-heat pouring downward syndrome candida vaginitis. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 60 cases in each group, the Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with the Kushe lotion by fumigation-washing therapy, the western medicine control group were treated with suppositories nystatin by vaginal administration, we evaluated the curative effect after 1period of treatment, the evaluation were done lasted 4 times. Results The effective rate of Kushe lotion is 98.3%, while the rate of western medicine control group is85.0%, compared the two groups had a significant difference(P <0.01). Conclusion The Kushe lotion has a high rate in curing damp-heat pouring downward syndrome candida vaginitis through fumigation-washing way, the definite effect is definite.
