加味连苏饮治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的疗效分析

Clinical Observation of Addition of Liansuyin Decoction Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis(BRG)

目的探讨加味连苏饮治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的临床效果。方法将整群选取2013年3月—2014年9月该院收治的68例胆汁返流性胃炎患者依据随机平均的原则分为治疗组34例与对照组34例。对照组给予西药治疗口服奥美拉唑、普瑞博思和硫糖铝,治疗组分证给予加味连苏饮治疗。观察用药前后胆汁反流性胃炎患者临床症状、胃镜下胆汁反流情况、胃黏膜组织学变化和转归情况。两组疗程均为30 d。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味连苏饮治疗胆汁返流性胃炎临床效果肯定,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of addition of Liansuyin decoction treating bile reflux gastritis(BRG). Methods68 case with bile reflux gastritis(BRG) in our hospital from March 2013- September 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group n =34 and control group n =34.The treatment group was given the addition of Liansuyin decoction while the control group was given western medicine such as omeprazole, cisapride,sucralfate. After treatment, the patients’ clinical symptoms,changes in bile reflux under gastroscopy and gastric histology were examined. Both groups were treated for 30 days. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.18%) was higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of addition of Liansuyin decoction treating bile reflux gastritis(BRG).It can be promoted and applied.
