产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Prenatal Ultrasound B Diagnosis of Fetal Nuchal Cord

目的探讨产前B超检查诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床意义。方法整群选取2012年9月—2014年9月在该院进行产前B超检查的胎儿共800例为观察对象,统计经B超诊断为胎儿脐带绕颈的比例,并与产后临床结果对比分析。结果 800例胎儿中,产前B超诊断为脐带绕颈的共126例,其中脐带绕颈一周112例,使用B超诊断准确108例;脐带绕颈两周14例,使用B超诊断准确13例。B超检查结果与产后临床结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产前B超能够较准确地诊断胎儿脐带绕颈,可作为临床医师选择分娩方式和判断胎儿预后的依据。

Objective To investigate the clinical application significance of prenatal ultrasound B diagnosis of fetal nuchal cord.Methods From September 2012 to September 2014, Selected 800 prenatal fetal case in our hospital for ultrasound, were given the statistics by B ultrasound diagnosis of fetal nuchal cord, and compared analysis of clinical outcomes and postpartum. Results There were 126 fetal nuchal cord in the 800 cases of fetuses that included 112 cases of umbilical cord around one cycle, the ultrasound B diagnosis accuracy were 108 cases; 14 cases of umbilical cord were around two cycles, the ultrasound B diagnosis accuracy were13 cases. ultrasound B diagnosis results and the results of clinical postpartum compared were no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound B diagnosis can accurately diagnose fetal nuchal cord that as a clinician to select the mode of delivery and judgment based on fetal outcome.
