肺感染患者C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of C Reactive Protein and Calcitonin Proto Detection in Patients with Pulmonary Infection

目的观察并比较健康人群和肺部感染患者的降钙素原以及C反应蛋白水平区别,探讨这两个指标在诊断肺感染中的应用价值,为临床诊断肺部感染提供参考依据。方法整群选取2013年7月—2014年8月在该院接受治疗的120例肺部感染患者作为实验组,按照肺部感染种类分为G+、G-以及真菌组。另选取同期在该院体检的80名健康人士作为对照组,对比研究对象的降钙素原以及C反应蛋白水平。结果实验组患者中,G+、G-以及真菌组的降钙素原均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组中,G+、G-组的C反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),真菌组的C反应蛋白水平与对照组差异无统计学意义。G+、G-组的降钙素原以及C反应蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原以及C反应蛋白水平在肺部感染的鉴别诊断中具有极为重要的临床价值,可为临床诊断提供重要的参考依据。

Objective To Observe and compare the health of people and calcitonin in patients with primary lung infection as well as C-reactive protein level difference, explore these two indicators in the diagnosis of lung infection for the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary provide evidence of infection. Methods The July 2013- August 2014 in our hospital treated 120 cases of pulmonary infection as the experimental group, divided into categories according to lung infections G +, G- and fungal groups. Select another year in our hospital examination of 80 healthy people as a control group, comparative study of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels. Results Patients in the experimental group, calcitonin G +, G- and fungal original group were significantly higher(P<0.05),the experimental group, G +, G- group of C-reactive protein levels were significantly higher(P<0.05), no significant differences in fungal group C-reactive protein levels were. G +, on average there were significant differences(P<0.05) calcitonin G- group and Creactive protein raw water. Conclusion Procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary infection, the diagnosis has very important clinical value, providing an important reference for clinical diagnosis.
