口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损的临床探讨

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Orthodontic Restorative Treatment on Dentition Defect

目的探讨分析口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果,以更好地修复治疗牙列缺损。方法回顾分析该院口腔科2011年3月—2014年3月期间接受牙列缺损修复治疗的112例的患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同,将患者分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组56例,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用口腔正畸修复治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果随访12个月,治疗组总优良率为92.9%,明显高于对照组64.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组口腔感染、软组织水肿、不舒适感率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损,可取得理想的修复效果,值得临床推广与应用,对保障患者生存质量意义重大。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic restorative treatment on dentition defect so as to provide reference for better treating the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 112 cases with dentition defect underwent orthodontic restorative treatment in Department of Stomatology of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014. The patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 56 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional method, while those in the observation group were treated by orthodontic restorative treatment. And the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The patients were followed up for 12 months. The overall excellent and good rate was much higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(92.9% vs64.3%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidences of oral infection, soft tissue edema and discomfort rate were much lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For dentition defect, orthodontic restorative treatment can achieve ideal effect, which is of great significance in ensuring the quality of life of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
