冷冻疗法治疗老年患者体股癣疗效探讨

Observation on the Efficacy of Cryotherapy in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Tinea Corporis

目的探讨冷冻疗法治疗老年患者体股癣的临床疗效。方法随机选取该研究者所在医院2011年1月—2014年12月期间收治的老年体股癣患者共60例,根据随机数字表格的方法分为两组,常规组30例给予常规药物治疗,观察组30例给予冰冻疗法,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者18例痊愈,平均痊愈时间是(6.35±1.28)d,常规组7例痊愈,平均痊愈时间是(11.48±2.35)d,观察组平均痊愈时间显著短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗15 d后,观察组总有效率90.0%,显著高于对照组53.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.254,P<0.05)。结论冷冻疗法治疗老年患者体股癣临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cryotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with tinea corporis. Methods A total of 60 patients with tinea corporis admitted to the author's hospital between January 2011 and December 2014 were divided into two groups randomly. 30 patients in the routine group were given routine drug treatment, while those 30 in the observation group underwent cryotherapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results 18 patients were cured in the observation group and 7 in the routine group, and the even healing recovery time(6.35±1.28 d vs 11.48±2.35d) was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and there was statistical difference, P>0.05. 15 d after treatment, the overall effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 53.3% in the routine group with statistically significant difference, χ2=7.254,P<0.05. Conclusion Cryotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with tinea cruris can produce satisfactory clinical efficacy, therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
