摘要
目的为了进一步探究优质护理在糖尿病治疗中所起到的护理效果。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者360例,将其随机分成护理组和对照组,每组180例。护理组采用优质护理对策,对照组采用常规护理对策,两组患者采用相同的治疗方式,对比两组最终护理效果。结果护理组治疗总有效率93.33%、满意度91.27%,对照组治疗总有效率77.14%、满意度73.73%,护理组优于对照组,对比结果差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论与常规护理对策相比,优质护理具有显著的护理效果,同时能有效改善糖尿病患者的病情,并且在实施优质护理期间也能够提升护理人员的职业素质和专业技能,因此该护理方法应于临床重点推广。
Objective To further explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 360 cases with diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group with 180 cases in each. Patients in the nursing group were treated by high-quality nursing, and those in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing. Both groups were given the same treatment. And the final nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing group had higher overall response rate(93.33% vs 77.14%), and higher level of satisfaction(91.27% vs 73.73%) with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing, high-quality nursing has better nursing effect, which can effectively improve the conditions of the patients with diabetes as well as increase the professional quality and specialized skill, therefore it should be intensively promoted in clinical practice.
