中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的治疗现状

Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

分析中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的治疗现状。统计近几年内治疗老年性骨质疏松症文献中使用的中西医结合治疗方法,给出目前中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的治疗现状。中西医结合方法是治疗老年性骨质疏松症的主要方法,主要采用中药的活血、补肾、强肾等方法以及西药的补钙、补充维生素等方法,从而抑制骨质吸收和促进骨质形成。目前治疗老年性骨质疏松症的首选治疗方法是中西医结合治疗方法。

The aim of this paper is to investigate the status quo of the treatment of senile osteoporosis by integrated Chinese and Western medicine. By reviewing related literature in recent years, the paper indicates that the main methods used in treating senile osteoporosis were activating blood circulation, reinforcing kidney by Chinese medicine, and calcium supplementation, vitamin sup-plements by Western medicine, which can inhibit bone absorption and promote bone formation. It is concluded that combined Chinese and Western medicine is the first scheme at present for treating senile osteoporosis.
