摘要
子宫内膜容受性是母体子宫内膜对胚胎的接受能力,是决定胚胎能否顺利着床的关键因素,容受性的高低可影响胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率。因此对子宫内膜容受性的相关研究越来越重视,由于目前相关药物对其的影响研究报道较少,且具体作用机制尚未明确,导致对其认识不深入。该研究分别从相关指标及药物治疗方面对子宫内膜容受性进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供指导。
Endometrial receptivity is the maternal endometrium on embryo receptivity, is a key factor in deciding whether the smooth embryo implantation, receptivity level can affect embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. Therefore, more research on endometrial receptivity more attention, due to its drug research report about the influence of less, and the exact mechanism is not yet clear, leading to its in-depth understanding. This paper reviews the role of relevant indicators and drug therapy on endometrial receptivity, in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment.
