妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化临床治疗探讨

Clinical Treatment of Patients in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology with Fat Liquefaction in Abdominal Incision

目的探讨和分析妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化患者的临床治疗方法以及疗效情况。方法随机抽取2010年1月—2015年1月期间,该院妇产科收治的腹部切口脂肪液化患者70例。根据抽签法将患者划分成平局的两组,即:对照组35例,采用常规方法治疗;观察组35例,采用微波联合α-糜蛋白酶治疗,并就两组患者的临床治疗情况以及效果进行统计学比较和分析。结果临床对比统计显示,观察组患者的治疗时间、换药次数以及伤口愈合时间均明显少于对照组患者,且临床治疗总有效率(100.0%)和患者总满意度(97.14%)均明显高于对照组患者(80.0%,71.43%),组间对比存差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化患者采用微波联合α-糜蛋白酶进行临床治疗,能够有效加快伤口愈合,促进患者恢复,提高临床疗效,因此,它是一种科学、有效、理想的临床治疗方法。

Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment and efficacy of fat colliquation in abdominal incisions in patients in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods 70 patients with fat colliquation in abdominal incisions admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in this hospital between January 2010 and January 2015 were selected and divided randomly into control group(n=35) and observation group(n=35). The control group adopted conventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with microwave combined withα-Chymotrypsin. The treatment and efficacy were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The duration of treatment, frequency of dressing change, wound healing time were all shorter in the observation group than in the control group, while the total effective rate(100.0% vs 80.0%) and overall satisfaction(97.14% vs71.43%) were all higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences above were statistically significant between the two groups, n<0.05. Conclusion Microwave combined withα-Chymotrypsin, in the treatment of patients in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology with fat liquefaction in abdominal incision, can accelerate wound healing, promote their recovery and improve the efficacy, therefore it is a scientific, effective and ideal regime.
