研究独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Or-thopedics Massage for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究采取中医骨伤手法按摩联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法整群选择该院2012年4—2015年3月中医科收治的腰间盘突出症患者248例,随机分为两组各124例。观察组采用中医骨伤手法按摩加独活寄生汤加减治疗,对照组采用中医骨伤手法按摩治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床效果和不良情况发生率。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率(90.32%)明显高于对照组(64.52%);对照组不良反应发生率(39.52%)高于观察组的患者(12.90%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法按摩联合独活寄生汤加减对腰间盘突出的患者临床疗效优越,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 248 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the TCM department of our hospital from April 2012 and March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups randomly with 124 in each one. The observation adopted modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage, while the control group received orthopedics massage singly. The clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate((90.32% vs 64.52%)was significantly higher, and the adverse reaction rate significantly lower(12.90% vs 39.52%) in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can produce good effect and is worthy of promotion.
