摘要
目的探讨高位食道癌伽玛刀放射治疗的临床疗效。方法采用对比研究的方法将整群选取2009年12月—2014年12月自该院进行治疗的170例高位食道癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组85例给予常规治疗,观察组85例给予伽玛刀放射治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行观察。结果给予伽玛刀放射治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.9%,给予常规治疗后,对照组总有效率为70.6%,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伽玛刀放射治疗高位食道癌可以明显缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生命质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of gamma knife radiotherapy for high esophageal cancer. Methods A comparatively analysis was performed on 170 patients with high esophageal cancer who were treated in this department between December 2009 and December 2014. They were randomized to undergo routine therapy (control group, n=85) and gamma knife radiotherapy (observation group, n=85). The treatment efficacy was observed. Results The overall effective rate was 92.9%in the observation group and 70.6%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P﹤0.05. Conclusion Gamma knife radiotherapy in treating high esophageal cancer is worthy promotion because it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms, enhance the patient's quality of life.
