手术治疗脑肿瘤出血的临床效果以及特点分析

Clinical Effect and Characteristics of Surgical Treatment for Brain Tumor Hemorrhage

目的分析并研究手术治疗脑肿瘤出血的临床效果及特点。方法将随机该院2010年7月—2013年8月所医治脑肿瘤出血患者100例作为研究对象,按其临床治疗方法分成两组,每组50例,观察组患者给予手术清除治疗,对照组患者给予保守治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果临床显示:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组84.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脑肿瘤患者术后不良反应发生率为32.0%,对照组56.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助手术清除肿瘤法治疗脑肿瘤出血患者,临床效果显著,可快速清除脑部坏死组织,减少不良反应发生率,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect and characteristics of surgical treatment for brain tumor hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with brain tumor hemorrhage admitted to the hospital between July 2010 and August 2013 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to treatment methods with 50 in each one. Patients in the observation group were given surgical treatment, while those in the control group underwent conservative treatment. The outcome was compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 96.0%in the observa-tion group and 84.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05;the rate of adverse events was 32.0%in the observation group and 56.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Surgical treatment for brain tumor hemorrhage can quickly remove necrotic tissue of the brain, reduce adverse reactions with remarkable efficacy, therefore it is worthy of promotion.
