摘要
目的探讨奥拉西坦在老年性痴呆治疗中的疗效。方法整群选取2011年12月—2014年12月收治的186例老年性痴呆患者,随机分为2组各93例,对照组给予吡拉西坦片治疗,观察组给予奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,比较患者MMSE评分、ADL评分。结果观察组MMSE评分为(24.51±2.32)分,ADL评分为(60.21±6.47)分,对照组MMSE评分为(19.56±2.12)分,ADL评分为(46.32±6.32)分,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦治疗老年性痴呆病临床效果满意,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of oxiracetam in the treatment of senile dementia. Methods December 2011~2014 December 186 cases of elderly patients with dementia, Randomly divided into 2 groups of 93 cases, The control group was given Piracetam Tablets treatment, The observation group received the treatment of Oxiracetam Capsules, MMSE score and ADL score were compared. Results Observation group MMSE score for (24.51± 2.32), ADL scores for (60.21±6.47), control group MMSE score (19.56±2.12), ADL scores for (46.32±6.32), the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oxiracetam in treatment of Alzheimer's disease with satisfactory clinical effect, Worthy of clinical application.
