补肾化瘀法治疗肺间质纤维化的研究

Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis Treatment with Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis

目的探讨补肾化瘀法治疗肺间质纤维化的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年4月—2015年4月入该院就诊的肺间质纤维化患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组采取补肾化瘀法治疗,对照组采取常规西医治疗方法。分析比较两组患者治疗效果以及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组(96.0%VS68.0%),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量改善率显著优于对照组(92.0%VS64.0%),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究可知,补肾化瘀法治疗肺间质纤维化效果显著,明显改善患者肺功能和生活质量,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis treatment with the kidney and removing blood stasis. Methods 50 cases of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis patients in our hospital from April 2013 to April2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group contained 25 cases. The observation group was given kidney and removing blood stasis treatment, and the control group was given conventional western medicine. The treatment effects and life quality improvement of these two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(96.0%>68.0%), difference with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05); the life quality improvement rate of observation group was better than control group(92.0%>64.0%), difference with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the study, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis treatment with the kidney and removing blood stasis has good treatment effects, can obviously improve the lung function and life quality, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
