腹部B超联合阴超诊断宫外孕的价值分析

The Value Analysis of Ectopic Pregnancy by Abdominal Ultrasound Joint of Vaginal Ultrasound Diagnostic

目的探讨阴道超声联合腹部B超对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法整群选取该院2013年4月—2014年8月收治的宫外孕患者127例,均行阴道超声和腹部B超检查,比较阴道超声、腹部B超与二者联合诊断的准确性。结果腹部B超诊断宫外孕的准确率为73.2%;阴道超声诊断宫外孕的准确率为92.1%;二者联合诊断宫外孕的准确率为98.4%,阴道超声诊断准确率高于腹部B超,二者联合诊断的准确率高于单一诊断,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道超声与腹部B超联合用于宫外孕中可进一步提高诊断准确率,减少误漏诊的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ectopic pregnancy through vaginal ultrasound joint of abdominal ultrasound. Methods Select 127 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients from April 2013 to August 2014, all of them checked by vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound and compare the two combined diagnostic accuracy of vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound. Results Abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate was 73.2%; Vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate was 92.1%; joint of the accuracy in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 98.4%, vaginal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was higher than abdominal ultrasound, both joint diagnosis accuracy is higher than single diagnosis, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound with abdominal ultrasound used in ectopic pregnancy can further improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
