静脉腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的近期疗效分析

Analysis of the Short-term Effect of Endovenous Laser Treatment for Varicose Vein of Lower Extremity

目的研究并探讨静脉腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果分析。方法整群选取自2013年12月—2014年10月期间将该院下肢静脉曲张患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组患者33例。对照组给予常规的手术,实验组采用静脉腔内激光手术治疗,比较两组的手术时间、出血量、住院时间以及并发症况。结果实验组患者的手术时间(39.46±12.54)min、出血量(20.34±3.26)m L、住院时间(5.68±2.13)d均显著少于对照组患者,并且实验组患者的并发症发生情况也显著少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张患者实施静脉腔内激光法治疗可以提高临床效果。

Objective To study and investigate the clinical effects of endovenous laser treatment for varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods 66 cases with varicose vein of lower extremity admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to October2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group with33 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional surgery, and those in the experimental group were treated by the endovenous laser surgery. And the duration of procedure, amount of bleeding, length of stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of procedure was(39.46±12.54)min, amount of bleeding was(20.34±3.26) m L and length of stay was(5.68±2.13)d in the experimental group, which was much less than that in the control group, respectively(P<0.05). And the incidence of complications was much lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with varicose vein of lower extremity,endovenous laser treatment can improve the clinical effect.
