牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Crown Lengthening Surgery and Glass Fiber Post on Repairing Anterior Teeth Residual Roots and Crowns

目的分析牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠的效果。方法回顾性分析该院2013年2月—2014年2月收治的84例前牙残根残冠患者临床资料,根据不同治疗方案分为两组(各42例),对照组予以玻璃纤维桩联合牙龈切除术进行修复,研究组予以玻璃纤维桩联合牙冠延长术进行修复,观察并对比两组随访修复成功率及满意度。结果研究组修复成功率90.48%显著高于对照组64.28%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组修复满意度92.86%显著高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。结论牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠远期疗效显著,可有效提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of crown lengthening surgery and glass fiber post on repairing the anterior residual roots and crowns. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 84 patients with anterior residual roots and crowns admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the study group with 42 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by glass fiber post and gingivectomy, while those in the study group were treated by glass fiber post and crown lengthening surgery. And the success rate of restoration and level of satisfaction of the two groups during the follow-up was observed and compared.Results The success rate of restoration was much higher in the study group than that in the control group(90.48% vs64.28%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of satisfaction with the restoration was obviously higher in the study group than that in the control group(92.86% vs 66.67%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Crown lengthening surgery and glass fiber post restoration for anterior residual roots and crowns have a significant long-term effect, which can effectively improve the level of patient satisfaction, therefore they are worthy of promotion.
