Analysis of Orthodontic Tooth Movement After Endodontic Treatment

目的分析经牙髓治疗牙的正畸移动的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年5月—2014年10月该院收治的60例经牙髓治疗的牙齿作为观察目标,其中前牙组32例,后牙组28例,使用固定矫正器对其正畸移动进行观察。结果60例牙髓治疗牙全部顺利完成正畸移动,移动速度与正常牙相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),矫治力与正常牙相比有所减小,矫治前后X线测量结果显示,与正常牙相比,压根长度减小量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经牙髓治疗牙的正畸移动与正常牙相似,但要适当减小矫治力,以提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic tooth movement after endodontic treatment. Methods 60 patients undergoing endodontic treatment admitted to our hospital from May 2012 and October 2014 were selected as the research object, including 32 in the anterior tooth group and 28 in the posterior tooth group. Orthodontic tooth movement was done using fixed appliance and the effect was observed. Results Orthodontic tooth movement was successfully performed on all the 60 patients who had undergone endodontic treatment with a speed similar to that of the normal tooth(P>0.05). Compared to those with normal teeth, patients who had undergone endodontic treatment needed less orthodontic force, and it was indicated by the X-ray measurement results before and after treatment that the reduced amount of their root length was not statistically different with that of the patients with normal tooth(P>0.05). Conclusion The orthodontic tooth movement after endodontic treatment is similar with the orthodontic movement of normal tooth but needs less orthodontic force which is conducive to improving the clinical effect.
