脑挫裂伤患者血清NSE、S-100β蛋白含量变化及意义

摘要 目的探讨脑挫裂伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100β蛋白(S-100β)含量变化及意义。方法整群选取2012年9月—2014年9月医院收治的脑挫裂伤患者71例作为研究对象,经头颅CT或MRI确诊,其中轻型颅脑损伤40例,重型颅脑损31例,选取同期入院体检正常者37名作为正常组,均检测血清NSE、S-100β水平。结果重型脑挫裂伤NSE(31.06±8.63)μg/L、S-100β(31.06±8.63)μg/L均较轻型组NSE(16.34±5.17)μg/L、S-100β(0.95±0.39)μg/L和正常组NSE(9.13±2.61)μg/L、S-100β(0.11±0.07)μg/L高,轻型组和正常组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NSE、S-100β蛋白含量变化可作为评估脑挫裂伤严重程度的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) and S-100β protein(S-100) content in patients with cerebral contusion and laceration. Methods 71 cases of patients with cerebral contusion and laceration who were admitted into the hospital during September 2012 and September 2014 were selected as the research objects. Confirmed by CT or MRI, there were 40 cases of mild traumatic brain injury and 31 cases of severe traumatic brain injury. 37 cases of normal physical examination admitted into the hospital during the same time were selected as the normal group whose serum NSE and S-100β levels were measured. Results NSE(31.06±8.63)μg/L, S-100β(31.06±8.63)μg/L of patients with severe cerebral contusion and laceration were higher than NSE(16.34±5.17)μg/L, S-100β(0.95±0.39)μg/L of the mild group and NSE(9.13±2.61)μg/L, S-100β(0.11±0.07)μg/L of the normal group. The differences between the mild group and the normal group were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of NSE and S-100β protein content can be taken as important indexes to evaluate the severity of cerebral contusion and laceration.
