奥沙拉嗪与柳氮磺胺嘧啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临床疗效研究

Research on Clinical Efficacy of Olsalazine and Sulfadiazine in Treatment of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的探究比较奥沙拉嗪、柳氮磺胺嘧啶分别治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床成效。方法于2012年9月—2015年8月一年期间随机选取88例被诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的病例。通过使用硬币分组方法,全部病例被分成研究组与对照组,研究组与对照组分别44例病例。研究组病例予以较奥沙拉嗪药物治疗,对照组病例予以柳氮磺胺嘧啶药物治疗,评比两组病例临床治疗成效与用药不良反应。结果两组患者分别采用两种治疗方案后,研究组总有效率(93.18%VS77.27%)明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.217,P<0.05)。研究组总不良反应率6.82%;对照组总不良反应率27.27%。与研究组比较,对照组不良反应偏高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.513,P<0.05)。结论与柳氮磺胺嘧啶药物相比,奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗成效更加突出,并且药物安全,患者服用后不良反应较少,值得临床肯定。

Objective To explore and compare the clinical efficacy of olsalazine and sulfadiazine in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 88 confirmed patients with ulcerative colitis randomly selected from September 2014 and August 2013 were divided into study group and control group by coin toss with 44 in each one. The patients in the study group were treated with olsalazine while those in the control group were treated with sulfadiazine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results Two different therapeutic methods were adopted for the patients in the two groups respectively, and the overall effective rate(93.18% vs 77.27%, χ2=4.217, P <0.05) was obviously higher in the study group than in the control group with statistically significant difference. The total adverse reaction rate(6.82% vs 27.27%, χ2=4.513, P <0.05) was obviously lower in the study group than in the control group with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Compared with sulfadiazine, olsalazine shows much better clinical efficacy in treating patients with ulcerative colitis, meanwhile it is of high safety and less adverse reaction, therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
