硫普罗宁治疗酒精性脂肪肝临床分析

Observation on Tiopronin in Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver

目的探讨硫普罗宁治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法整群选取2010年1月—2015年1月该医院收治的392例酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为两组,对照组196例给予护肝片和21金维他治疗,观察组196例给予硫普罗宁治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行分析。结果经统计发现,观察组治疗有效率96.9%,对照组治疗有效率65.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫普罗宁治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果满意,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tiopronin in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 392 patients with alcoholic fatty liver admitted to the hospital from January 2010 and January 2015 were included and randomly divided into two groups. The 196 patients in control group were treated with hugan tablets and 21super-vita, while the other196 in the observation group were treated with tiopronin. The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results Statistics showed that the effective rate was 96.9% in the observation group and 65.3% in the control group, and the difference between them were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Tiopronin in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver shows satisfactory clinical effect and high safety.
