子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing for Uterine Fibroids Complicated by Hypertension

目的探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的围手术期护理效果以及安全性。方法采用回顾性分析法,随机选取该院2012年4月—2013年10月收治的100例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的临床资料,按照护理方法的不同将所有患者分为2组,对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理进行护理,观察组患者采用围术期护理方式进行护理。观察两组患者血压控制情况、生活质量情况以及患者护理满意度。结果经过一段时间的护理后,发现观察患者1例下肢静脉栓塞,0例高血压危象;3例切口感染,经过治疗干预后均得以痊愈。而且观察组患者血压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的生命质量、护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论采用围术期护理对子宫肌瘤合并高血压进行干预,能够有效的控制高血压,降低患者应激反应,提高患者生活质量,从而提升患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect and safety of perioperative nursing for uterine fibroids complicated by hypertension. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 cases with uterine fibroids and hypertension admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to October 2013. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group in accordance with the nursing method given to the patients. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, while those in the observation group were treated by perioperative nursing. And the blood pressure control, quality of life, patients' satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were observed. Results After a period of nursing, it was found that in the observation group, 1 case had lower extremity venous thrombosis, 0 case had hypertensive crisis, 3 cases had infection of incision, but all healed after treatment. The blood pressure level of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The observation group had much better quality of life and obviously higher nursing satisfaction than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids complicated by hypertension, perioperative nursing intervention can effectively control the blood pressure, reduce the incidence of stress reaction and improve the quality of life as well as increase the patient satisfaction.
