2HP感染性胃炎应用中西医结合疗法治疗的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for 2HP Infectious Gastritis

目的分析2HP感染性胃炎应用中西医结合疗法治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取该院普外科在2014年1—12月收治的100例2HP感染性胃炎患者为研究对象,取得患者及家属同意条件下将其平均分为观察组和对照组,治疗中对对照组患者给予常规西药治疗方法,观察组患者在常规西药的方法上结合中医治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组的86.0%,在治疗后观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组患者结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合的方法治疗2HP感染性胃炎,具有显著的临床意义,能提升HP的转阴率,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for 2HP infectious gastritis. Methods 100 patients with 2HP infectious gastritis admitted to the department of general surgery between January and December 2014 were included and divided into observation group and control group based on the patients and their family members' informed consent. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine while those in the research group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate(98.0% vs 86.0%)was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is of great significance for 2HP infectious gastritis and can improve the hp negative rate, therefore it is worth popularization in clinical practice.
