摘要
目的研究血清TGF-β1以及BMP-7在呼吸窘迫综合征新生患儿中的表达趋势。方法在该院随机选取2014年2月—2015年2月30例没有使用PS的NRDS早产婴儿作为非PS组,30例出生后12 h内给予肺表面的活性物质的NRDS早产婴儿作为PS组;选取无NRDS的30例早产婴儿作为对照组。分别在出生后各时间点用ELISA检验3组早产患儿血清中的TGF-β1以及BMP-7的表达情况。结果非PS组血清TGF-β1表达量各时间点显著高于对照组(P<0.05),后3、7 d时间内显著高于PS组(P<0.05),PS组的血清TGF-β1表达量在出生后的1、3 d时间内显著高于对照组(P<0.05);非PS组血清BMP-7表达量各时间点高于对照组,在出生后7 d BMP-7的表达量有所下降,仍高PS组(P<0.05),PS组血清BMP-7表达量在出生后1、3 d明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NRDS早产患儿的血清TGF-β1以及BMP-7在表达量上均有所增加,后期会随着血清TGF-β1表达增加,BMP-7的表达趋势下降,以此提示外源性的BMP-7会降低TGF-β1的表达。
Objective To study the expression trend of serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 in newborns with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015, 30 NRDS premature infants without using PS were selected as the non-PS group, 30 NRDS premature infants treated by PS within 12 hours after birth were selected as the PS group; and other 30 premature infants without NRDS were set as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the expression of serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 in the three groups at different time points after birth. Results The expression of serum TGF-β1 of non-PS group at different time points after birth was significantly higher than that of the control group, respectively (P<0.05), and significantly higher than that of the PS group 3d, 7d after birth (P<0.05). The expression of serum TGF-β1 of the PS group 1d, 3d after birth was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The expression of serum BMP-7 of non-PS group at different time points after birth was significantly higher than that of the control group, respectively; al-though the expression of BMP-7 of non-PS group decreased 7d after birth, it was higher than that of the PS group (P<0.05). The expression of serum BMP-7 of PS group was much higher than that of the control group 1d, 3d after birth (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 in NRDS premature infants increased, but with the increase of serum TGF-β1, the expression of BMP-7 decreased at later time, which indicates that exogenous BMP 7 would reduce the expression of TGF-β1.
