冠通方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Effect of Guantong Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究利用冠通方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法整群选取2009年7月—2011年7月该医院治疗的96例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机的方法每组48例分成观察与对照两组。对照组用中西医治疗。观察组配合冠通方治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果观察组经过治疗总有效率93.9%,对照组为75.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心功能方面观察组治疗率91.8%,对照组69.4%,也明显很高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从心电图治疗效果来看,观察组的疗效为93.9%,对照组为67.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用冠通方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床疗效好,且操作较为简便,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Guantong Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods 96 cases with chronic heart disease and chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment, and those in the observation group treated by combing Guantong Decoction. And the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group(93.9% vs 75.5%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation of heart function showed that the response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group(91.8% vs 69.4%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ECG showed that the response rate was 93.9% in the observation group, and that was 67.3% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guantong Decoction is a simple, safe and effective treatment method for coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure with good clinical efficacy, which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
