摘要
目的对激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的健康教育方法进行深入的剖析。方法随机选择该院接收过的下肢静脉曲张患者80例,按随机分组法分成研究组与对照组,各组均40例。两组患者均实施激光治疗,研究组应用健康教育;对照组基于常规护理。结果研究组于治疗后1、2周以及出院4周中,患肢消肿消胀患者人数的百分比均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗过程中应用健康教育,可有效缓解患者不安、恐惧的心理,提高患者的恢复效果。
Objective To study the heath education in patients with lower limb varicose veins treated by laser therapy.Methods 80 cases with lower limb varicose veins were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each. Laser therapy was given to both groups. The study group was given heath education and the control group was given the conventional nursing. Results The proportion of patients with subsidence of the swelling was much higher in the study group than that in the control group 1 week, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after the discharge,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance( P <0.05). Conclusion Health education applied to the treatment can effectively relieve the anxiety and fear and improve the recovery in the patients.
