双水平气道正压通气在重症支气管哮喘治疗中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的研究双水平气道正压通气在重症支气管哮喘治疗中的临床价值。方法整群选取2010年1月—2014年12月收治的62例患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组(各32例),观察组双水平气道正压通气,对照组常规药物,比较治疗前后血气指标变化状况和治疗后住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗后Pa O2、Sa O2、Pa CO2和住院时间分别为(95.6±5.6)mm Hg、(92.8±4.6)%、(42.8±3.2)mm Hg、(7.3±2.1)d同对照组患者相比(P<0.05)。结论在治疗重症支气管哮喘临床上双水平气道正压通气获得显著效果。

Objective To study the clinical value of bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods 62 patients admitted between January 2010 and December 2014 were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each by the treatment method. The observation group were treated by bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation, while the control group were treated by the conventional drugs. And the values of blood gas indexes before and after treatment and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the value of Pa O2, Sa O2, Pa CO2, length of stay was(95.6±5.6)mm Hg,(92.8±4.6)%,(42.8±3.2)mm Hg and(7.3±2.1)d, respectively in the observation group, and compared with the values of the above indexes in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.
