小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Small Incision Thyroidectomy on Thyroid Nodules

目的探讨和分析临床采用小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取自2013年3月—2014年11月治疗的96例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例)。观察组采用小切口甲状腺切除术,对照组采用传统甲状腺切除术。然后比较分析两组患者的手术情况和术中出血量、手术切口长度以及住院时间。结果观察组患者的手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间分别为(4.51±0.73)cm、(39.7±2.32)min、(41.0±3.02)m L、(6.76±2.36)d,均明显优于对照组,两组患者上述诸项指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口甲状腺切除术,具有切口小和手术时间短,同时恢复快且安全有效的优势,还克服了传统切除术的缺点,很有推广使用价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods 96 cases with thyroid nodules treated from March 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each. The observation group were treated by the small incision thyroidectomy, and the control group were treated by the traditional thyroidectomy. And the conditions of surgery, intraoperative blood loss and length of incision and length of stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the length of incision, duration of procedure, intraoperative blood loss and length of stay was (4.51±0.73)cm, (39.7±2.32)min, (41.0±3.02)mL, (6.76±2.36)d, respectively, which was significantly better than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The small incision thyroidectomy is safe and effective with the advantages of small incision and short duration of procedure and quick recovery, which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional thyroidectomy, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
