厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的疗效及安全性探讨

Discussion on Efficacy and Safety of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法整群选取2013年5月—2015年5月该院收治的64例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照计算机数字法分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例患者,对照组采用依那普利治疗,治疗组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%,显著优于对照组总有效率65.6%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为6.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为37.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的疗效确切,安全性高,具有积极的临床使用和普及价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 64 patients with hypertension admitted to this hospital from May 2013 and May 2015 were included in this study and divided, according to computer-aided digit grouping, into control group and treatment group with 32 in each one. The control group was treated with enalapril while the treatment group was treated with irbesartan. The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate(96.9% vs 65.6%) was higher in the than treatment group than in the control group, and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate(6.3% vs 37.5%) was lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension shows exact efficacy and high safety, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
