环磷腺苷葡胺治疗心衰临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate in Treating Heart Failure

目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法按照治疗方案不同将整群选取2014年3月—2015年3月在该院就诊的64例心力衰竭患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者采取洋地黄类强心剂、利尿剂以及ACEI等常规药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上联用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,并比较两组患者临床效果。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为90.6%(29/32),对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为65.6%(21/32),总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者洋地黄反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在常规药物治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗心力衰竭临床效果明显,该方法具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in treating patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 64 patients heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2014 and March2015 were divided into control group and treatment group according to treatment regimen. Patients in the control group was treated with conventional drugs including digitalis-like cardiotonic, diuretics and ACEI, while those in the treatment group were treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on the basis of those drugs used in the control group. The clinical effect of the patients was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical overall rate of the patients [90.6%(29/32)vs 65.6%(21/32), P<0.05] was higher in the treatment group than in the control group with statistically significant difference; no statistically significant difference can be found in incidence of adverse reaction to digitalis between the two groups.Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate associated with conventional drugs in the treatment of heart failure can produce obviously clinical efficacy, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
