非小细胞肺癌的免疫治疗现状

Current Status of Immunotherapy for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

肺癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且大多数肺癌发现时即为晚期。传统治疗手段受制于各种瓶颈的制约,远期有效率较低,故早期手术患者死于复发和远处转移。随着技术的发展,肺癌的免疫治疗取得了突破性的发展,免疫治疗已经成为肺癌治疗的新方法,该文就目前文献报道的关于免疫治疗的药物及临床研究进行综述。

Lung cancer is clinically one of the most common malignant tumors, and most of the lung cancer is advanced when found. Restricted by many bottlenecks, conventional treatment always bring lower long-term effective rate and patients who underwent surgery at early stage often died of recurrence and distant metastasis. With the development of technology, breakthrough has been made in immunotherapy which becomes a new method for the treatment of lung cancer. In this arti-cle, we review the literature and clinical research on the treatment of immunotherapy.
