Objective To analyze the effects of combined treatment with L-carnitine and Bailing Capsule on residual renal function, microinflammation and nutritional status in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Convenient select 76 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were treated in the hospital from August 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases). The control group was treated with L-carnitine, and the study group was treated with L-carnitine combined with Bailing Capsule. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The Scr(565.32±112.31) μmol/L, Ccr(30.08±1.63)mL/min and BUN(13.97±0.84) mmol/L were better in the study group than in the control group(t=4.444 4,8.307 3, 7.063 2,P<0.05);TNF-α(7.32±2.16) ng/L, IL-6(12.86±1.52) ng/L, and CRP(6.13±1.87) mg/L were lower in the study group than in the control group(t=2.197 7, 5.522 7,2.155 5,P<0.05);the study group PA, Alb, Hb, TRF were higher than the control group(t=3.181 7, 2.567 2, 7.327 6, 3.298 6,P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing Capsule combined with L-carnitine is effective in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients, which can effectively improve residual renal function, reduce micro-inflammation and improve the nutritional status of patients.
