糖尿病患者的内科护理临床研究探讨

目的观察并分析内科护理在糖尿病患者治疗中的临床治疗疗效。方法方便选取2016年6月—2018年6月期间来该院就诊的糖尿病患者142例,按照患者住院号将其随机分为实验组与对照组,每组71例,对照组患者入院后实施常规护理手段,实验组患者在对照组护理基础上实施系统化内科护理手段,观察对比两组患者治疗后的血糖水平、临床治疗有效率及护理满意度。结果实实验组患者治疗后的空腹血糖值及饭后2 h血糖值(5.23±1.21)mmol/L、(7.54±1.34)mmol/L,均显著优于对照组(7.21±1.62)mmol/L、(9.98±2.11)mmol/L,(t=5.214 7、4.863 9,P<0.05)。验组患者临床治疗总有效率高达95.77%,与对照组(78.87%)结果比较显著较高(χ~2=5.648 5,P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度高达97.18%,与对照组83.10%结果比较显著较高(χ~2=4.258 4,P<0.05),经统计学检验,实验组结果均显著优于对照组,结果间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者临床治疗中在常规护理基础上联合内科护理具有显著临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of medical nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods Convenient select a total of 142 patients with diabetes who came to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the hospitalization number. The number of patients in each group was 71, and the control group was admitted after the implementation of routine nursing methods, the experimental group patients implemented systematic medical nursing on the basis of the control group, and observed the blood glucose level, clinical treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after treatment. Results The fasting blood glucose level after treatment and the two-hour blood glucose level(5.23 ±1.21)mmol/L and(7.54±1.34)mmol/L were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group(7.21±1.62) mmol/L,(9.98±2.11)mmol/L,(t=5.214 7,4.863 9 P<0.05), respectively. The total effective rate of clinical treatment was as high as 95.77%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.87%)(χ~2=5.648 5). The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was as high as 97.18%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, 83.10%(χ~2=4.258 4,P<0.05). The results of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. The results were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of diabetic patients, combined with internal nursing on the basis of routine nursing has significant clinical effects, which is worthy of popularization and application.
