ICU无肝素化血液净化的患者护理干预及效果分析

Nursing Intervention and Effect Analysis of Patients without Heparinized Blood Purification in ICU

目的探究护理干预对ICU无肝素化血液净化的患者的干预效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年3月在该院就诊的78例重症监护室急危病重患者,根据数据随机表法将患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组实施护理干预,对比分析干预效果。结果在治疗后,两组患者凝血酶时间、凝血活酶时间以及血小板计数指标上差异无统计学意义(t=0.102,0.086,0.143,P>0.05);在治疗过程中,对照组有8例患者出现不良症状,不良反应发生率为20.51%;而实验组中,仅有2例患者出现凝血症状,不良反应发生率为5.13%;实验组患者不良反应的发生率显著的低于对照组(χ~2=4.886,P<0.05)。结论在对ICU无肝素化血液净化的患者实施护理干预后,其临床效果优于常规护理,在临床中具有推广和应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with heparinized blood purification in ICU. Methods From 78 patients in the intensive care unit who were convenient treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the data random table method. The control group used routine nursing and experiment group implemented nursing intervention and compared the effects of intervention. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in thrombin time, thromboplastin time and platelet count between the two groups(t=0.102, 0.086, 0.143, P>0.05). During the treatment, the control group had 8 patient of adverse symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.51%. In the experimental group,only 2 patients developed coagulation symptoms, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.13%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ~2=4.886, P<0.05). Conclusion After the nursing intervention for patients with heparinized blood purification in ICU, the clinical effect is better than conventional nursing, and it has the value of promotion and application in clinical.
