聚乙二醇干扰素α2a联合替诺福韦对耐药性乙肝患者肝功能及HBV-DNA转阴率的影响

Effect of Peginterferon alfa 2a Combined with Tenofovir on Liver Function and HBV-DNA Negative Rate in Patients with Drug-resistant Hepatitis B

目的探讨聚乙二醇干扰素α2a联合替诺福韦对耐药性乙肝患者肝功能及乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBVDNA)转阴率的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年3月—2017年8月收治的76例耐药性乙肝患者以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各38例,对照组采用替诺福韦治疗,观察组采用聚乙二醇干扰素α2a联合替诺福韦治疗,对两组疗效、肝功能、HBV-DNA转阴率、不良反应发生率进行观察。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为89.47%、68.42%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.067,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的各肝功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.058、10.401、10.453,P<0.05),;观察组患者HBV-DNA转阴率为76.32%,明显较对照组52.63%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.653,P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.350,P>0.05)。结论聚乙二醇干扰素α2a联合替诺福韦治疗耐药性乙肝能改善患者肝功能,提高HBV-DNA转阴率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of peginterferon alfa 2 a combined with tenofovir on liver function and HBV-DNA negative rate in patients with drug-resistant hepatitis B.Methods 76 patients with drug-resistant hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were convenient selected and randomly assigned to a random number table.38 patients in the observation group and the control group were treated with tenofovir in the control group.Peginterferon alfa 2 a combined with tenofovir treatment,the two groups of efficacy,liver function,HBV-DNA negative rate,the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 89.47%and 68.42%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=5.067,P<0.05).The liver function indexes of the observation group were better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.058,10.401,10.453,P<0.05).The HBV-DNA negative rate was 76.32%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the control group(52.63%).The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.653,P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.350,P>0.05).Conclusion Peginterferon alfa 2 a combined with tenofovir in the treatment of drug-resistant hepatitis B can improve liver function and increase HBV-DNA negative rate,which is worthy of promotion.
