七步综合消肿疗法在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿康复中的效果研究

Effect of Seven-step Comprehensive Swelling Therapy on the Recovery of Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Operation

目的探究乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者在使用七步综合消肿疗法后对康复的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将方便选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的100例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者分成治疗1组与治疗2组,各50例,治疗1组采用七步综合消肿疗法,治疗2组采用压力波治疗。探讨实施不同治疗对周径之和及双侧周径差的影响。结果治疗1组与治疗2组在治疗前、治疗1 d、治疗5 d、治疗10 d周径之和及双侧周径差(d)上差异无统计学意义(t=0.041、0.102、0.626、1.137,P>0.05),而在治疗15、20 d时治疗1组显著比治疗2组低(t=6.844、10.265,P<0.05)。结论将七步综合消肿疗法应用于乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿康复中时,能显著改善临床症状,消除水肿,促进患者康复,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation on patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer using seven-step comprehensive swelling therapy.Methods Convenient select 100 patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into treatment group1 and treatment group 2 with 50 patients each.The treatment group 1 was treated with seven-step comprehensive swelling therapy pressure wave therapy.To explore the effect of different treatments on the sum of the circumferential diameter and the bilateral circumferential diameter difference.Results There was no significant difference between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 before treatment,treatment for 1 day,treatment for 5 days,treatment for 10 days,and bilateral circumferential diameter difference(d)(t=0.041,0.102,0.626,1.137,P>0.05),while treatment group 1 was significantly lower than treatment group 2 at treatment for 15 days and treatment for 20 days(t=6.844,10.265,P<0.05).Conclusion The seven-step comprehensive swelling therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms,eliminate edema and promote rehabilitation of patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
