柔性护理在ESD治疗消化道早癌中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响

Application of Flexible Nursing in the Treatment of Early Digestive Tract Cancer with ESD and Its Effect on Adverse Reactions

目的探讨柔性护理在ESD治疗消化道早癌中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响效果。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年3月该院进行消化道早癌的患者62例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组进行柔性护理在ESD治疗消化道早癌中的治疗效果研究。比较两组患者各手术的指标及不良反应的发生率以及患者的满意度。结果对照组患者的手术时间为(100.9±21.9)min,研究组为(60.5±15.2)min;对照组出血量(112.5±20.3)mL,研究组(50.1±11.2)mL;住院时间对照组(9.3±2.2)d,研究组(12.1±2.3)d;各手术指标高于对照组(t=12.487,13.375,15.156,P<0.05);研究组腹痛没有,对照组有3例;腹胀对照组为2例,研究组为1例;出血对照组为4例,研究组1例;各不良反应的发生率均低于对照组;对照组患者的护理满意度中满意为10例,研究组为14例;基本满意为15例,研究组16例;不满意为6例,研究组1例。研究组均优于对照组。结论 ESD治疗消化道早癌的过程当中,柔性护理的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of flexible nursing in the treatment of early digestive tract cancer with ESD and its effect on adverse reactions.Methods Convenient select a total of 62 patients with early digestive tract cancer were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018.The control group received routine nursing care.The study group conducted a flexible nursing study on the therapeutic effect of ESD in the treatment of early digestive tract cancer.The indexes of each operation and the incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The operation time of the control group was(100.9±21.9)min,the study group was(60.5±15.2)min;the control group was(112.5±20.3)mL,the study group was(50.1±11.2)mL;the hospitalization time was(9.3±2.2)d,the study group(12.1±2.3)d;each surgical index was higher than the control group(t=12.487,13.375,15.156,P<0.05);the research group had no abdominal pain,3 cases in the control group;2 cases in the abdominal distension control group and1 case in the research group;there were 4 cases in the bleeding control group and 1 in the study group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group;10 cases of the nursing satisfaction,14 cases in the study group,15 cases in the basic satisfaction,16 cases in the study group,6 in the dissatisfaction,and 1 in the study group.The study group was superior to the control group.Conclusion In the process of ESD treatment of early digestive tract cancer,the therapeutic effect of flexible nursing is ideal,and it should be further promoted and applied clinically.
