小针刀配合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Small Needle Knife Combined with Exercise Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究并分析小针刀配合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法该次研究方便选取2016年1月—2018年1月入住该院进行膝骨关节炎的50例患者作为研究对象,采用治疗方式的差异将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组患者各25例,对照组患者实行玻璃酸钠联合运动疗法进行治疗,实验组患者实行小针刀配合运动疗法治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组患者的WOMAC-疼痛评分为(30.5±13.1)分,明显低于对照组患者WOMAC-疼痛评分(38.4±8.1)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.129 2,P=0.000 1);实验组患者生理功能评估得分为(69.3±15.8)分,明显高于对照组患者生理功能评估得分(59.2±17.4)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.297 3,P=0.000 1)。结论小针刀联合运动疗法用于治疗膝骨关节炎效果极为显著,能够有效提升患者的肢体功能,帮助患者实现治愈,并且有效降低患者的疼痛感,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of small needle knife combined with exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis.Methods In this study,50 patients who underwent knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were convenient enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by treatment differences.25 cases in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with exercise therapy.The patients in the experimental group were treated with small needle knife combined with exercise therapy to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the WOMAC-pain score of the experimental group was(30.5±13.1)points,which was significantly lower than the WOMAC-pain score(38.4±8.1)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(t=5.129 2,P=0.000 1);the score of physiological function assessment in the experimental group was(69.3±15.8)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(59.2±17.4)points.Statistical significance(t=4.297 3,P=0.000 1).Conclusion Small needle knife combined with exercise therapy is very effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It can effectively improve the limb function of patients,help patients achieve cure,and effectively reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
