北京市石景山区中学生成瘾行为流行状况分析

The prevelance of addictive behaviors among middle school student in Shijingshan County,Beijing

目的 了解中学生成瘾行为流行状况。 方法 随机整群抽取三类中学初一至高二学生 165 0人 ,自填问卷。 结果 该区中学生目前吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾率分别为 10 .3 %、3 1.0 %和 12 .2 % ;各成瘾行为发生率男生高于女生 ,高中生高于初中生。 结论 应针对中学生性别和年龄特点尽早进行健康和生活技能教育 。

Objective To learn about the prevalence of addictive behaviors among the adolescents.Methods A questionnaire interview was conducted among a sample of 1 650 students drawn from 3 middle schools in Shijingshan Count,Beijing by clustered sampling method.Results 10.3% students is smoking;31.3% students is drinking;12.2% students became addicted to the internet.Proportions of addictive behaviors were higher among male students and higher school students than those among female students and junior school students.Conclusions High proportion of addictive behaviors,such as smoking,drinking and Internet addiction existed among Shijingshan Middle school students.A health education program and life skill education should be conducted on addictive behaviors prevention among middle school students based on their psychological characters so as to improve the relevant knowledge and reduce the harm led by those behaviors on adolescent.
