摘要
综合分析 30 2例住院病人诊疗失当情况 ,发现非专科性疾病的治疗存在诸多问题 ;病人作为一个整体的系统诊疗被忽视。以此基础上 ,本文探讨了以病人为中心的多学科诊疗模式 ,旨在解决目前综合医院普遍存在的“全”与“专”的矛盾 ;探索现代战争条件下伤病员救治模式。
Improper treatments were comprehensively analyzed on 302 cases in this article. It was found that a lot of the problems existed in the diagnosis and treatment of the inpatients and that the systematic treatment of inpatient was ignored. In order to settle the contradiction of 'General' and 'Special' in polyclinic, the author put forward the medical mode which connecting patient regarded as a whole rather than a disease, of multi subject diagnosis and treatment on the patient in the peace or wartime.
