Training of Resident Physician of Tumor Section under New Medical Mode

为适应医学模式的转变和要求 ,本文探讨了肿瘤科临床医师的培养方法。培养目标是具有较全面的综合医学知识及肿瘤各专业的基本理论和治疗原则 ,强化肿瘤综合治疗观念 。

To adapt the change and request of the medical mode, the author discussed the training method of the clinical physician in the tumor section. Goal of training is to train one who has the general medical knowledge and professional knowledge of tumor as the basic theory and therapeutic principle, enforce the cognition of the holistic treatment, and have firm grounding in the theory and clinic.
