摘要
本文就当前护理人员综合素质偏低的原因进行了全面、客观地分析 ;并提出了要唱响尊重护理工作者地位的调子 ,要走活护理人员知识更新的路子 。
In this article, it is analyzed whole and impersonally that the cause of the synthesis diathesis of the nursing staff is low in present time. And related countermeasures are put forward that the position of respecting the nursing staff, it is updated that the knowledge of the nursing staff, it is established that the conditions of the nursing staff learning.
