To discuss the status quo and countermeasures of the clinic pharmacy in the small hospital, the author analyzed the main reasons causing low development of the clinic pharmacy, and put forward the countermeasures as raising cognition, stressing on learning to raise the quality, speeding up the innovation of the pharmacy education mode, enforcing building of the hardware and software in developing clinic pharmacy in small hospital.
