摘要
为减少护理纠纷的发生和消除护理隐患 ,本文从护理管理的角度分析了护理纠纷的原因 ,提出了增强护理管理的法律意识和对策 。
To reduce the occurring of the nursing dispute and remove the nursing hidden trouble, it is analyzed in this article that the causes of the nursing dispute forming from the nursing management, it is put forward that strengthening the law consciousness and countermeasure of nursing management, in order to supply the colleague reference.
