Doctors' Vocation Situation and Its Protection

医师的执业行为是受法律保护的 ;但现今我国的医师从业环境并不乐观。改善这种状况除医师自身努力并积极参加医疗责任保险外 。

Doctors' vocational activities should have been protected by the law. But they don't have a favorable occupational environment in our country. To improve this situation, it is suggested that the doctors themselves work hard, and buy responsibility insurances as well; meanwhile, related laws are appealed so as to protect this highly risky profession.
